On Mar 7, 12:52pm, you proclaimed: } Surely the whole subject of drugs is by definition part of the dance music } scene. Are you lot honestly trying to tell me you can dance at an } all-nighter without anything? I admire you if you can. Although I'm new to } this list, I have to say that the arguments about drugs should go on, } because its all part of a learning process for each individual user. They } can hear each side of the argument and can make up their own minds And as one of the people involved in providing machine space and processor time for this list, I PLEAD with you guys to stop! This has gone from a discussion to a pontification of positions, and NO SIDE can win. Both the drugs-enhance-the-music and drugs-don't-enhance-the -music crowds should stop and realize that the other side has strong points and merit, and that both of you are enjoying the music anyways so what difference does it make? There's no special link between drugs and IDM that doesn't exist for other kinds of music for other people. Yes, even country. :) I was gonna say what my position was, but in the interests of ending this conversation I'll refrain. Now back to your regularly scheduled metaprogramming. Brian
